COVID-19 Client Protocol
Our top priority is keeping our clients, doctors and staff safe. Using the CDC recommendations we will make changes to our client protocol effective immediately and continuing until we, as a nation and specifically Virginia, are through this crisis.
We will only see urgent need and sick pets. We will no longer allow clients in the exam rooms; staff will collect your pet from your car and return them to you there. We will also allow drop-off appointments and will contact you when they are ready to go home. No one will be allowed to wait in the lobby. Doctor contact will be via phone or in-person using the new “Social Distancing” standard of 6-feet. If you feel you are unable to follow these protocols, we will ask you to reschedule for a time when they are no longer in place.
