Welcome to Church Hill Animal Hospital

Our History

Church Hill Animal Hospital was founded in 2003 by Dr. Nan Jack after she saw a need for veterinary service in the historic neighborhood of Church Hill. Church Hill Animal Hospital is the first and only veterinary hospital in Church Hill, and over the past several years has become an integral part of the neighborhood.

Our Passion

Our goal is to provide excellent veterinary care in a compassionate and caring environment. We believe that health is best maintained through preventative care, and that community responsibility begins with having pets spayed or neutered. We are dedicated to furthering the education of both our clients and ourselves. As loving pet owners ourselves, we know just how important our pets are to us, and strive to treat all of your companions as we would treat our own.
